Obama’s admiration for Lincoln

Posted by: Various Authors   in General

Honest Obama?

President Obama has made it no secret that he greatly admires Abraham Lincoln. In some circles Obama has his critics for supposedly “using” Lincoln as sort of a marketing tool to get him elected and latch on to Lincoln’s “coattails.” I don’t know if that is his intention and therefore will reserve my opinion. I also think it’s way too soon to compare Lincoln and Obama as far as their Presidencies. Obama has been in office less than a year. Time will tell. I do think it’s a good thing that Lincoln was really the talk of 2009-from the President on down, as they say. Lincoln is more relevent today than ever! The video posted for your viewing on this posting proves worth a rewatch. Enjoy.
